Catalyst offers a transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects, excessive color fade, and structural integrity for single‑family residential properties. For commercial, institutional, or multi‑family properties (e.g., corporations, governmental agencies, religious organizations, schools, apartments), Catalyst provides a 30‑Year Limited Warranty.
Should a defect occur, Catalyst will, at its discretion, replace the affected product with new or equivalent items, but labor is not included.

- Transfer Requirement: Warranty extends to one transferee, but only for residential single‑family homes. After transfer, the warranty lasts 30 years from the original purchase date. Commercial 30‑year coverage is not transferable
- Covered Issues: Includes peeling, flaking, rotting, chipping, cracking, blistering, splintering, corrosion, rusting, and abnormal discoloration or fading.
- Exclusions: Does not cover misuse, improper installation/handling, non‑Catalyst products, Acts of God (e.g. storms, floods, fires, seismic events), animal damage, ground movement, removal/disposal/reinstallation costs, or replacement product color/gloss mismatch.
- Registration: Must register within 30 days of purchase to validate the warranty.
- Claims Process: Submit notice within 30 days of noticing the defect, include proof of purchase and photos/samples. Catalyst decides if there’s a manufacturing defect and provides a replacement if so.
Performance Plus Workmanship Warranty
Catalyst offers PerformancePlus, a workmanship coverage provided via Club Catalyst qualified contractors. It applies for 2 to 5 years post-installation, depending on the contractor’s tier, and covers defects, including labor and material costs up to current value. Note: fading is not covered under this warranty.
